Kuaizhuang® grouting material is tailored for wind power hybrid towers and external prestress anchorage, combining low water demand, non-shrink performance and durability.
Summary Benefits at a Glance
Low water demand – improves density, impermeability and bonding
Stable expansion – no segregation or bleeding during grouting
Fast setting – ensures early strength and short construction cycles
Durability – corrosion resistant, reliable in harsh onshore/offshore environments
Product Introduction
Kuaizhuang® is a high-performance, non-shrink grouting material designed for wind power assembled foundations and hybrid concrete towers, especially suitable for external prestressed duct grouting and tendon anchorage. It features low water demand, high density, excellent impermeability, and controlled expansion. The product is widely applied in expressways, bridges, nuclear power plants and wind turbine tower foundations. It ensures strong bonding with prestressing tendons and ducts, prevents shrinkage and bleeding, and maintains long-term durability under variable temperature and humidity.
