A pumpable, high-flow, non-shrink grout for onshore wind-turbine base plates and anchor bolts, delivering early strength and reliable load transfer.
Summary Benefits at a Glance:
High Early Strength: rapid load transfer and reduced standstill.
Non-Shrink / Micro-Expansion: tight contact, void-free bedding.
High Flowability: long workability window, no segregation.
Tough & Durable: frost-resistant, chloride-resistant, low cracking risk.
Product Introduction
CBGM Onshore Wind Power High Strength Non-Shrink Grout is a cement-based, single-component grout designed for wind-turbine foundations. It combines high flowability with controlled micro-expansion to eliminate voids beneath base plates and along anchor bolts. The mix develops fast early strength and high 28-day strength, enabling reliable load transfer and stable long-term performance in dry, cold, or dusty steppe environments typical of onshore wind sites. The material is compatible with conventional mixers and pumps and supports continuous grouting without mechanical vibration.

Product Usage
Substrate prep – Remove dust, laitance, oil, and loose particles. Pre-wet concrete until SSD; keep standing water out of the formwork.
Formwork – Seal all joints; set a continuous flow path from one side to the exit side. Apply release agent where needed.
Mixing – Add clean water first, then powder. Water-to-binder ratio typically 0.13–0.16. Mix 3–5 minutes to a uniform, pumpable grout.
Placement – Pour or pump continuously from one side. Do not vibrate; allow free flow. Maintain a head of pressure to avoid air pockets around anchor bolts and under base plates.
Curing – After initial set, cure with wet coverings or curing compound for ≥7 days.
Temperature – For hot weather, use cool mixing water and shade materials; for cold weather (<5 °C), insulate and use warm water.
Typical applications – Wind-turbine base-plate bedding, anchor-bolt sleeves, pedestal grouting, and equipment foundations in onshore wind farms.
