A pumpable, low-temperature grout for wind-turbine base plates and anchor bolts, delivering high early strength and void-free bedding down to -20 °C.
Summary Benefits at a Glance:
Reliable in cold regions: consistent placement at -15 °C to -20 °C.
High early strength: accelerates installation and load transfer.
Non-shrink with micro-expansion: tight, void-free contact.
Durable: frost, sulfate and chloride resistance.
Product Introduction
CBGM Antifreeze Type Wind Power Grout is a single-component, cement-based material tailored for wind-turbine foundations and hoisting platforms under severe cold. The mix combines high flowability with controlled micro-expansion to eliminate voids beneath base plates and around anchor bolts. It develops rapid early strength and dependable 28-day strength in sub-zero conditions, supports continuous pumping/Pouring, and maintains a practical workability window for on-site operations in cold, windy environments typical of onshore wind farms.

Product Usage
Substrate prep — Remove dust/oil/loose particles; pre-wet to SSD; keep standing water out of the formwork.
Formwork — Seal joints; establish a one-way flow path from inlet to outlet; apply release agent as needed.
Mixing — Add clean water first, then powder; recommended water-to-binder ratio 0.13–0.16; mix 3–5 min to a uniform, pumpable grout.
Placement — Pour/pump continuously from one side; do not vibrate; maintain head pressure to avoid air pockets around anchor bolts and under base plates.
Cold-weather notes — Use tempered water, insulate lines and hoppers, protect fresh grout from freezing and wind.
Curing — Begin curing after initial set; keep moist or apply curing compound for ≥7 days.
