Jingneng Bayannur 400MW Wind Power Project
The Jingneng Bayannur 400MW Wind Power Project is one of the major renewable energy developments in Inner Mongolia, China. The project involved large-scale construction of wind turbine foundations and hoisting platforms to support stable operation of turbines.
For this project, Sino-Sina Building Materials Co., Ltd. supplied two key materials:
CBGM Onshore High Strength Non-Shrink Grout – providing high early compressive strength, excellent flowability, and durable non-shrink performance to ensure tight contact between base plates and foundations.
Leikesi Copper Coated Steel Fiber – incorporated into the grout to enhance its overall strength, improve crack resistance, and increase fatigue durability under long-term cyclic loads.
The combination of advanced CBGM grout and copper coated steel fiber ensured secure turbine foundations with higher toughness, reduced cracking risk, and reliable long-term performance under demanding onshore wind farm conditions.
