Product Usage

For optimal results with U2000 superhydrophobic anti-icing coating, prepare surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to remove oil, grease, dust, or dirt. Stir the coating evenly if sedimentation occurs.

Apply using a spray gun with low pressure and small flow for uniform coverage. Alternatives include hand painting (build layers carefully to avoid drips, ideal for beginners) or knife scraping (efficient for experts, but monitor for runoff).

Allow at least 24 hours at room temperature for curing; the full hydrophobic effect activates after solvent evaporation. Suitable for power grids and antenna covers—protects against ice in wet weather while enabling self-cleaning.
