Product Introduction
This acrylic roof coating is formulated for metal roofing waterproofing and anti-corrosion applications. The water-based acrylic polymer forms a flexible, crack-bridging, seamless film with excellent adhesion and long-term durability. It resists UV radiation, thermal movement, salt spray and general atmospheric corrosion. Typical uses include industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial buildings, stadiums and metal roof renovation projects. The system can also be used on compatible concrete/tile roofs after proper priming and detailing.

Construction Notes
Substrate prep: Remove rust, loose paint, dust/oil; repair leaks; dry and clean. Treat fasteners, laps and penetrations；use rust-inhibitive primer on corroded metals.
Application: Stir well; apply first coat uniformly (roller/brush/spray). After drying, apply second coat perpendicular to the first. Reinforce lap joints, seams and details with polyester fabric where needed.
Curing & weather: Avoid rain/ponding within ≥24 h; do not apply when substrate <5 °C or >35 °C, or during rain/strong wind. Protect finished film from puncture.
Maintenance: Periodic inspection; clean with neutral cleaners; repair damaged areas promptly.
