Product Introduction
EGM-100S Underwater Epoxy Grout is a polymer-based underwater grout designed for structural filling and rehabilitation below the waterline. It is formulated to maintain high adhesion, flow and compactness during underwater placement, helping contractors achieve a dense and stable repair body in submerged or splash-zone conditions.
The grout is suitable for repair and strengthening of damaged piles, pier foundations, wharf structures, bridge substructures and other concrete or steel-supported elements affected by scour, impact, concrete spalling or reinforcement exposure. It is also suitable for jacket-based repair systems where a durable underwater filling medium is required.
Compared with ordinary repair mortars, EGM-100S is intended for situations where underwater placement, chemical resistance and long-term bond performance are all critical.
