JGN801 steel structure adhesive is a versatile two-component modified epoxy resin designed for bonding steel to concrete, masonry, or wood in various environments. It comes in normal temperature, low-temperature (-10°C), and humidity-resistant types to handle diverse job site challenges. JGN803 Steel Jacketing Adhesive is specialized for fixing and potting steel plates, perfect for high-strength bonding in bridges, buildings, and repairs. Both offer excellent thixotropy, no segregation, and strong resistance to aging, acids, alkalis, and impacts. Environmentally safe with no volatile solvents.

Product Usage
Applications:
Bonding and strengthening concrete, masonry, or wood elements to steel plates.
Installing curtain walls, marble, granite, ceramic tiles, and more.

Wet-clad steel plate reinforcement for concrete, bridges, and large-area structures.
Construction Process:
Clean the substrate surface: Grind to remove scum and loose layers, expose fresh surface, blow off dust with an air compressor, and wipe with acetone.
Derust the steel plate: Use sandblasting, emery cloth, or wire brush until metallic luster appears.
Mix the adhesive: By weight ratio A:B=3:1, measure and stir thoroughly until uniform.
Apply: Recommended dosage 5-7 Kg/m²; thixotropic formula prevents flow, ideal for vertical or overhead use.
Features for Use: Available in types for normal, low-temperature (-10°C), or humid/water-resistant curing. Ensures high operability, shock resistance, and media resistance (acid, alkali, salt). Safe, non-toxic, and solvent-free.
