Fast‑reacting PU injection grout for sealing leaks, filling voids and stabilizing slabs—ready for airport runway rapid repair.
Summary Benefits at a Glance
Rapid turn‑around – adjustable gel time; typical reopen 30–120 min (site‑dependent).
High expansion – free‑rise expansion 1–25× efficiently fills irregular voids.
Closed‑cell, durable – low water uptake, frost resistance ≥F200, stable at −30 to 80 °C.
Undersealing support – stabilizes slabs and mitigates pumping/rocking in runway/roadway panels.
Product Introduction
Our two‑component Polyurethane Injection Grout is designed for rapid water cut‑off, crack sealing, void filling and slab undersealing in concrete and masonry structures. The A/B components react to form a closed‑cell foam/solid with adjustable gel time and high expansion, enabling fast reinstatement of service on critical infrastructure. The cured grout shows low water uptake, frost resistance (≥F200) and dimensional stability at low and elevated temperatures (−30 °C / 80 °C). Typical applications include tunnels, manholes, basements, pavements and airport runway/ taxiway undersealing for rapid return to traffic. Supplied as matched components for two‑component proportioning equipment.

Product Usage
Where it’s used
Crack injection & water cut‑off in basements, tunnels, culverts, manholes and below‑grade structures.
Void filling & soil contact gaps, including behind retaining walls and around utilities (engineered design required).
Slab undersealing & stabilization for pavements, industrial floors and bridge decks.
Airport runway/taxiway undersealing – injection beneath PCC slabs to fill voids, mitigate pumping/rocking and restore load transfer with minimal closure time for rapid return to service.
How to apply (overview)
Drill packer holes per injection plan; install packers; inject from low to high elevation until refusal/criteria met.
Monitor slab lift during undersealing and keep within allowable tolerances.
Seal ports and protect the work; reopen only after acceptance checks.
Temperature guidance:
Cold (< 5 °C) – extend reaction time; insulate/heat components and substrate as needed.
Normal (5–30 °C) – standard controls.
Hot (> 30 °C) – manage equipment cooling and shorten gel time accordingly.
Runway works: enforce FOD control, protect lighting/drainage, and meet airfield acceptance specs prior to reopening.
