Single- and Two-Component Mineral Grout for Fractured Rock and Advance Pre-Grouting
Two Grouting Systems
Type I is a single-component grout for deep-hole and behind-lining injection; Type II is a rapid-setting two-component grout for highly fractured ground.
High Early Strength
Type II develops at least 10 MPa after 5 hours, while both grades reach at least 20 MPa after 1 day.
Rapid Setting Where Required
Type II has an initial setting time of 70–120 seconds for open fractures, broken ground and time-sensitive support work.
Inorganic and Non-Combustible
The mineral formulation contains no combustible resin and no added chloride.
Product Introduction
Inorganic Ground Consolidation Grout is used to strengthen loose coal, fractured rock and disturbed ground in underground mines, tunnels, shafts and chambers.
The grout enters cracks, joints and discontinuities and hardens into a dense mineral body. This improves the continuity, bearing capacity and overall stability of the treated ground.
Two product types are available.
Type I is a single-component inorganic grout with good flow and penetration. It is intended for deep-hole pre-grouting, behind-shotcrete grouting, behind-lining grouting and consolidation of fault or structural zones. Its water-to-powder ratio can be adjusted from 0.3:1 to 0.6:1 according to the required flow and strength.
Type II is a two-component ultrafine inorganic grout for highly fractured rock and rapid ground support. Components A and B are prepared separately and mixed at the injection head. After mixing, the grout sets within 70–120 seconds. It develops at least 10 MPa after 5 hours and at least 20 MPa after 1 day.
The product may also be used for water control in fractured zones, full-length grouting of selected rock bolts and cable bolts, and rapid fixing of borehole casing.

Product Usage
Typical Applications
• Advance pre-grouting ahead of mine or tunnel excavation
• Consolidation of fractured mine roadways and working faces
• Deep-hole grouting in faults and geological structural zones
• Behind-shotcrete and behind-lining grouting
• Reinforcement of shafts, underground chambers and caverns
• Grouting of soft rock and rapidly deforming roadways
• Water control in fractured zones and collapse columns
• Full-length grouting of rock bolts and cable bolts
• Rapid fixing of underground borehole casing
Type I Application
1. Arrange injection holes according to the ground-consolidation design.
2. Install grout pipes and seal the hole collars.
3. Add the powder gradually to the specified quantity of clean water.
4. Mix until a uniform, lump-free slurry is obtained.
5. Inject through a single-line grout pump.
6. Continue until the specified pressure, grout take or return criterion is reached.
Type II Application
1. Prepare Component A and Component B separately.
2. Use the recommended water quantity for each component.
3. Pump the two slurries through separate lines at a 1:1 volume ratio.
4. Combine them at the mixing head immediately before injection.
5. Clean the pump and mixing components immediately after completion.
Setting time and pumpability should be checked under actual site temperature before production grouting.
