CBGM Rock Bolt Grout – 85 / 100 is a non-shrink cementitious grout engineered for reliable anchoring performance in rock bolt installations and ground support systems.
High Flow & Pumpability – Ensures complete encapsulation in long boreholes.
Zero Bleeding – Prevents voids and weak zones under hydrostatic pressure.
Dual Strength Grades – Available in 85 MPa and 100 MPa for varied load requirements.
Controlled Micro-Expansion – Compensates shrinkage and enhances bond performance.
Product Introduction
CBGM Rock Bolt Grout – 85 / 100 is a specially formulated cementitious grout developed for rock bolt anchoring in tunneling, mining, slope and underground support applications. The grout features fine particle grading, advanced additives and optimized rheology to provide very high flowability, excellent pumpability and stable performance in boreholes with varying orientations.
Designed for zero bleeding and controlled micro-expansion, the material achieves consistent early strength development and long-term compressive strength. Two grades are offered — 85 MPa and 100 MPa — to match different engineering requirements while maintaining consistent workability and stability characteristics.
This grout is suitable for use with standard pumping equipment and is engineered to resist segregation even under hydrostatic pressure or confined conditions. It is ideal for rock bolt anchoring, soil nail support, and other ground support systems where performance and durability are priorities.

Product Usage
CBGM Rock Bolt Grout – 85 / 100 is used to anchor rock bolts and anchor bars in tunnels, underground chambers, mining operations and slope stabilization projects. It is suitable for boreholes drilled in rock and mixed ground conditions where a cementitious, non-shrink grout is required.
Prepare the Borehole – Clean and remove dust, debris and free water before grouting.
Mixing – Add recommended water volume and mix until homogeneous. Do not exceed specified water content to maintain performance.
Pumping/Application – Use grout pump or continuous feeding system appropriate for rock bolt grout. Ensure uninterrupted pumping to avoid bleeding or segregation.
Early Strength & Cure – Allow grout to develop early strength before applying loads. Maintain temperature and moisture conditions as recommended.
Safety – Use personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure.
Monitor flowability and pressure during pumping.
Ensure full encapsulation of rock bolt without gaps.
Conduct trial grouting before full installation for calibration.
