Product Introduction
Protect Concrete One is a single-component, polymer-modified cementitious mortar formulated for thin-layer concrete surface restoration and rapid rehabilitation of pavements. It is suitable for resurfacing worn, cracked, or spalled slabs where fast reopening and long-term durability are critical. The material develops strength quickly, adheres strongly to existing concrete, and resists abrasion, freeze-thaw cycles, and de-icing salts. Typical applications include runways, bridge decks, highways, toll stations, and service areas.

Product Usage
Concrete surface restoration and overlay of worn pavements
Milling + thin-layer repair for highway and runway slabs
Bridge deck patching, service area and toll station resurfacing
Fast maintenance where early strength and reopening are required
Step 1: Surface Preparation
Clean and pre-wet the substrate 2–3 hours before pouring. Remove all standing water before application.
Step 2: Formwork Setup
Use the surrounding concrete as natural formwork or install wood/steel molds. Ensure watertight formwork.
Step 3: Mixing
Dry mix 10 sec → Add 2/3 water → Mix 30 sec → Add rest of water → Mix 150 sec → Let stand 2–3 min.
Step 4: Pouring
Slow, even pouring to avoid air voids. Level and finish the surface. Use within 30 minutes of mixing.
Step 5: Curing
Cover with plastic and moist material. Curing time: 2–3 hours under normal conditions. Extend in cold weather.
50 kg per kraft paper bag.
Shelf life: 6 months in dry indoor storage.
Store in cool, ventilated areas.
Keep sealed to prevent moisture and frost damage.
