Product Introduction
UHPC Floor Mortar is a pre-mixed, self-leveling mortar developed with ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) technology. It is supplied in both black and white color options, offering flexibility for industrial, commercial and decorative applications. By simply adding water, the mortar can be applied directly to create a dense, smooth, crack-free and abrasion-resistant floor. With compressive strength up to 180 MPa and superior durability, it is suitable for workshops, warehouses, showrooms, parking garages and high-durability public spaces.

Ensure base concrete is level, clean and sound
Mix with clean water (per specification) until homogeneous flow is achieved
Pour and spread using trowel or pin rake; allow natural self-leveling
Use spike roller to remove trapped air
Cure with plastic film and keep moist for at least 7 days before heavy traffic
Packed in composite bag, net weight 25kg/bag, shelf life 6 months; must be stored in dry and ventilated room, the bag is sealed, pay attention to moisture-proof, anti-freezing.
