Product Introduction
Water-Based Polyurethane Self-Leveling Screed is a three-component polyurethane flooring mortar designed for seamless, high-performance surfaces. It features self-leveling capabilities and is primarily used in industrial flooring systems and food-grade facilities requiring chemical resistance, hygiene, and rapid installation
Polyurethane floor screed/mortar is an advanced hybrid flooring material combining the flexibility of polyurethane with the structural strength of cement. Designed for demanding environments, it offers seamless, crack-resistant surfaces with rapid self-leveling properties. Ideal for industrial facilities, food processing plants, and high-traffic commercial spaces requiring durability, hygiene, and chemical resistance.

Substrate Preparation
Clean and degrease substrate; repair cracks with epoxy fillers.
Ensure surface unevenness ≤3 mm.
Primer Application
Apply a water-based primer; cure for 2–4 hours.
Mixing
Blend liquid (Component A) and powder (Component B) at a 1:5 ratio.
Mix mechanically at 300–500 RPM for 3–5 minutes.
Pouring & Leveling
Pour mortar; self-levels within 10–15 minutes.
Use a spiked roller to eliminate air bubbles.
Curing
Ambient temperature: 59–77°F.
Light traffic: 6 hours. Heavy loads: 72 hours.
Optional Finishing
Apply a polyurethane topcoat for gloss, UV resistance, or anti-slip textures.
JTC 2327-2015 Metric | ASTM/EN Equivalent | Conversion Formula |
---|---|---|
7d Compressive Strength | ≥40 MPa → 5800 psi | 1 MPa ≈ 145 psi |
7d Flexural Strength | ≥10 MPa → 1450 psi | 1 MPa ≈ 145 psi |
Bond Strength | ≥2.0 MPa → 290 psi | 1 MPa ≈ 145 psi |
Flowability | ≥130 mm → 5.1 in | 1 mm ≈ 0.039 in |
Notes:
All conversions assume equivalent testing conditions (temperature, humidity, curing time).
ASTM/EN standards are selected for functional equivalence to JTC 2327-2015 requirements.
