XT-2023 High-Impact Rapid-Curing Elastic Polyurethane Concrete also named as Polyurethane Expansion Joint Mortar is a three-component polymer material formulated with polyurethane and specially aggregate mortar.

Ensure substrates (concrete, asphalt, or steel) are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or loose particles.
For optimal adhesion, roughen surfaces via mechanical methods (e.g., shot blasting).
Mixing: Combine components as per manufacturer instructions. Avoid mixing large batches (>2 units) simultaneously.
Application:
Apply using a steel float and compact manually.
Maximum single-layer thickness: 120 mm. For deeper fills, apply in layers (cure each layer before adding the next).
Curing: Achieves full strength within 24 hours under standard conditions (10–35°C).
Operational temperature range: -15°C to +85°C.
Ideal curing temperature: 10–35°C.
Storage: Store in a dry, shaded area (5–30°C). Avoid freezing. Shelf life: 12 months in unopened packaging.
Safety: Wear gloves and eye protection during handling. Clean tools with approved solvents (e.g., xylene).
