UHPC additive engineered to deliver 120–150 MPa strength, dense microstructure and reliable workability with local raw materials.
Summary Benefits at a Glance
High Strength – 120 MPa (standard) / 150 MPa (steam)
Low Permeability – dense packing; strong chloride resistance
Stable Rheology – better cohesion and fiber dispersion, less segregation
Practical Mix – works with P·O 42.5/52.5 cement and 20–40 / 40–70 mesh quartz sand
Product Introduction
The UHPC Additive optimizes particle packing and the interfacial transition zone to form a dense, low-porosity matrix. Used with local P·O 42.5/52.5 cement and graded quartz sand (20–40 mesh + 40–70 mesh, 1:1), it enables UHPC with 120 MPa compressive strength under standard curing and 150 MPa under steam curing. The admixture improves cohesion and flow at low water-binder ratios, supports uniform fiber dispersion, and enhances durability indicators such as chloride resistance and freeze–thaw performance. Typical applications include bridge and marine components, façades and cladding, precast UHPC parts for tunnels and buildings, and protective structures requiring long service life.

Product Usage
Recommended Mix Design (per m³)
UHPC Additive: 150–200 kg
Cement (P·O 42.5/52.5): 400 kg
Quartz sand: 400–450 kg (20–40 mesh : 40–70 mesh = 1:1)
Mixing Sequence
Dry-blend cement, quartz sands, UHPC additive.
Add water + HRWR while mixing.
Introduce fibers at medium speed.
Curing
Standard: 20 °C, RH ≥ 95%, 28 days → 120 MPa.
Steam: ramp to 90 °C in 2 h, hold 8–12 h, cool → 150 MPa.
Packed in composite bag, net weight 25kg/bag, shelf life 6 months; must be stored in dry and ventilated room, the bag is sealed, pay attention to moisture-proof, anti-freezing.
