Construction process

1.Pervious concrete pre-construction material preparation

Stone: the project low local procurement, clean uniform particle size of a single level of matching stone. Cement: Procurement of silicate cement above 42.5 grade near the project site.

[Color pavement pigment]: Packaging (25kg/bag) Admixture: 6-10kg/m²

Permeable concrete surface sealer]: Packing (20kg/bucket) Recommended dosage is about 0.2kg/m can effectively improve the durability of permeable concrete surface and beautify the effect of adjustable color, construction is simple, the use of airless sprayer for spraying. It can also be used for sealing the surface layer of embossed floor and beautifying the surface layer of other floors. Advantage of surface sealer:Pervious floor surface sealer has the advantages of high weather resistance, high wear resistance, bright color, etc. It is suitable for all kinds of pervious concrete construction.

2.Pervious concrete practice, construction steps

[Mixing]: The viscosity of the cement paste in the pervious concrete mix is relatively large and small, in order to facilitate the cement paste can be evenly wrapped in the aggregate, it is appropriate to use a forced mixer, mixing time is more than 5 minutes.

[Pouring]:Before pouring, the roadbed must be wet with water. Otherwise the rapid loss of water from the pervious concrete will reduce the bond strength between the aggregates. As the churned material is dry and hard, the churned pervious concrete material can be paved on the roadbed.
[Vibrating]:It is not suitable to strongly vibrate and tamp during the pouring process.
[Rolling]:After vibration, solid steel pipe or lightweight roller should be further used to compact and flatten the pervious concrete churn, taking into account the consistency of the churn and the surrounding temperature and other conditions, it may need to be rolled several times, and the roller must be cleaned up before rolling to prevent bonding of aggregates.
[Maintenance]:Due to the presence of a large number of holes, easy to lose water, dry quickly, so the maintenance is very important. Maintenance is very important.
[Finished product]: The wet maintenance time of permeable concrete is not less than 7 days, and finally spray a layer of special sealer for permeable concrete, so that its visual effect tends to be perfect.

Packaging and storage

Packed in composite bag, net weight 25kg/bag, shelf life 3 months; need to be stored in a dry and ventilated room, the bag is sealed, pay attention to moisture-proof, anti-freezing.
