FSA101 Mortar (Concrete) Waterproofing Agent is an inorganic crystalline admixture. Its active components react with free lime and hydration products to form stable crystals, blocking capillary pores and microcracks and significantly improving impermeability and durability. It is suitable for industrial and civil waterproofing, including basements, tunnels, reservoirs, culverts, pools and water treatment structures. The material can be used in both new construction and waterproofing repair projects.

Construction Notes
Substrate must be sound, clean, moist but not waterlogged.
Recommended mix ratio (by weight): cement : sand : FSA101 = 50 : 50 : 1; w/c ≈ 0.5–0.6.
Vertical surfaces: 15–20 mm total thickness (two coats, 7–8 mm each); horizontal surfaces: 15–30 mm.
Keep surface moist for ≥ 7 days after application; protect from rain and freezing.
Packaged in 25 kg moisture-proof composite bags.
Shelf life: 12 months when stored in cool, dry, ventilated areas.
Keep bags sealed and protected from moisture and frost.
