Product Introduction

XT30 is a high-performance, eco-friendly early-strength cement additive developed by SINO-SINA. Produced using C-A-Š mineral fusion technology, it blends bauxite, by-product gypsum, limestone, and high-alumina solid waste into a low-carbon, highly reactive binder.

XT30 is designed as a partial replacement for Portland cement and a viable alternative to CSA cement (Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement). It accelerates early hydration, delivers rapid strength gain, and suppresses early cracking—all while maintaining long-term strength stability without the risk of strength regression common in CSA-based systems.

⚖️ XT30 vs. CSA Cement – What's the Difference?

While both XT30 and CSA cement offer fast-setting and early-strength characteristics, XT30 stands out as a greener and more compatible solution for regular concrete and mortar systems. Here's how they compare:

FeatureXT30 Early Strength AdditiveCSA Cement (Calcium Sulfoaluminate Cement)
Material TypeAdditive / Partial cement replacementFull cement replacement (special binder)
Application MethodReplace 20–50% of OPCUsed as main binder (may replace 100% OPC)
Early Strength≥30 MPa @ 3h (with OPC)≥30 MPa @ 3h (pure)
Strength StabilityNo regression; long-term strength improvesMay experience later strength drop without optimization
Shrinkage/CrackingMicro-expansive; good crack controlModerate shrinkage; depends on formulation
Chloride / Alkali ContentChloride-free, low alkali (safe for rebar)May contain higher sulfate or alkali levels
Environmental ProfileLow carbon, waste-utilizing binderHigher calcination energy & emissions
Ease of UseCompatible with OPC-based mixes; no major design changeMay require new mix designs and setting control

Dosage & Mixing Guidelines

  • Recommended replacement ratio: 20–50% of OPC with XT30.

  • Use potable water; water-to-binder ratio between 0.40–0.48 depending on mix design.

  • Mix thoroughly using a forced-action mixer; dry mix 10 seconds, then wet mix 3 minutes.

  • For cold weather, warm mixing water up to 65°C is recommended.

  • Pour within 30 minutes of mixing; do not use material if workability drops below specification.

Packaging & Storage

  • Packaged in 25 kg moisture-proof composite bags.

  • Shelf life: 3 months when stored in cool, dry, ventilated areas.

  • Keep bags sealed and protected from moisture and frost.
