T80A silane impregnating agent excels as a paste for concrete in extreme conditions. With isooctyltriethoxysilane at minimum 80%, it creates a breathable, hydrophobic barrier within pores, resisting water, chlorides, and alkalis. Perfect for coastal structures, parking garages, and industrial floors, it prevents corrosion and spalling while allowing moisture vapor to pass. This formulation supports long-term integrity in pollutant-heavy or acid rain-prone areas, without forming a surface film.

Product Usage
Clean and dry the surface, removing any efflorescence or prior sealers. Apply T80A in thin layers via trowel or brush, at 250-450 g/m².
Surface dries in 1-3 hours, with full cure in 5-7 days.
Use between 8-35°C and under 80% humidity. Effective for coastal buildings, garages, and silos to defend against water absorption, salts, and environmental wear.
