T80 silane impregnating agent is formulated as a paste for precise application on vertical and overhead concrete. Powered by n-octyltriethoxysilane at 80% or higher, it diffuses into pores to build a hydrophobic structure that withstands water, salts, and alkalis. This breathable protection is key for tunnels, dams, and building facades where environmental stress is high. It maintains concrete's natural vapor flow, preventing issues like spalling, and offers extended durability in de-icing or marine areas.

Product Usage
Remove loose materials and clean the surface with water or detergent, letting it dry fully. Spread T80 paste evenly with a trowel or brush, using 300-500 g/m² without dilution.
It sets initially in 2-4 hours and fully cures in 7 days.
Apply at 5-40°C, protecting from rain for 24 hours. Suited for vertical surfaces like tunnels, facades, and bridges to guard against water, salts, and weathering.
