Product Usage
Substrate Preparation: Thoroughly clean metal surfaces of oil, oxidation, rust, and old coatings using shot blasting (Swedish standard Sa2.5, roughness 30-70μm) or manual rust removal (Swedish standard ST3, roughness 30-70μm). Apply the coating within 4 hours after treatment; if relative humidity exceeds 60%, do not delay beyond 12 hours. Re-treat if moisture condensation occurs.
Paint Mixing: Combine main component and hardener at a 10:1 ratio, add special fluorocarbon thinner, and stir thoroughly with a power mixer. Allow to stand for 20 minutes for optimal integration.
Coating Application: First apply epoxy zinc-rich primer and epoxy micaceous iron intermediate coat in 1-2 layers for a solid anti-corrosion base. Then spray 1-2 coats of F-3 Fluorocarbon Topcoat to achieve a recommended film thickness of 60μm, ensuring complete coverage, smooth surfaces, and no defects like bubbles or orange peel.
Precautions: Use mixed paint within pot life and discard if gelled; avoid application in rain, snow, wind, or humidity >85%; maintain substrate temperature ≥3°C above dew point; keep tools clean and dry; data based on testing for reference only.
Safety Instructions: Avoid skin/eye contact—rinse with warm water or detergent if needed and seek medical help for eyes; ensure ventilation; keep away from flames and comply with local regulations.
Packaging & Storage: AB two-component packaging (Component A: 20kg/barrel, Component B: 3kg/barrel); store in cool, ventilated area away from sunlight with 12-month shelf life.
