MS12A Airport-Grade Silane-Modified Sealant is a one-component, high-performance hybrid sealant based on silane-modified polyester polymer.
It combines the elasticity of silicone with the strength and adhesion of polyurethane, providing excellent movement capability, long-term durability, and chemical resistance.
The product is designed for expansion and construction joints in airport pavements, runways, taxiways, highways, and industrial floors exposed to fuel, oil, and temperature fluctuations.
Complying with GJB 1112A-2004 Military Standard, MS12A ensures safe, durable, and flexible sealing under extreme conditions.

Product Usage

Application Scope:

  • Expansion and construction joints in airport runways, taxiways, and aprons.

  • Joint sealing for highways, bridges, and industrial concrete pavements.

  • Fuel and oil-resistant sealing for hangars, refueling areas, and workshops.

  • Waterproof sealing in tunnels, subways, and heavy-duty infrastructure projects.

Application Method:

  1. Surface Cleaning: Remove all dust, oil, and loose material. Ensure surface is clean and dry.

  2. Priming: For porous substrates like concrete, apply a suitable primer if needed.

  3. Sealant Application: Use a sealant gun to apply evenly, then smooth with a spatula.

  4. Curing: At 23°C and 50% RH, surface tack-free in 3–4 hours; full cure in 7 days.

  5. Storage: Store at 5–35°C in dry, ventilated areas, away from frost and sunlight.
