CBGM-380 Precision Grout for Tight Clearances is a high-performance, ultra-fluid, non-shrink cementitious grout specially engineered for filling narrow gaps and confined spaces with precision. It offers excellent flowability, rapid early strength, and zero bleeding—making it ideal for equipment base plates, anchor bolts, precast joints, and structural void filling where tight tolerances are required.

Product Overview

CBGM-380 is a premium-grade, bleed-resistant precision grout designed for use in tight clearance grouting and high-tolerance structural placements. Its ultra-smooth, pumpable consistency ensures effortless placement into narrow voids and under base plates without segregation or settlement. This cementitious non-shrink grout delivers high early compressive strength while maintaining zero bleed and excellent dimensional stability.

Engineered for demanding industrial and infrastructure projects, CBGM-380 grout for tight clearances meets the needs of contractors and engineers requiring accuracy, efficiency, and long-term performance—especially in complex anchoring, rebar embedding, or machine base installations.


Applications

  • Precision grouting for machinery base plates

  • Filling narrow voids under structural steel and precast panels

  • Anchor bolt grouting in dense configurations

  • Repair and strengthening of concrete in limited access areas


Construction process

  1. Clean substrate thoroughly; remove oil, dust, loose materials.

  2. Saturate substrate surface with clean water (SSD), but no standing water.

  3. Mix using high-shear mixer for 3 minutes until lump-free.

  4. Pour or pump grout into forms continuously; do not vibrate.

  5. Protect exposed surfaces and cure per standard guidelines.

Packaging and storage

Packed in composite kraft paper bag, net weight 40kg/bag, A component is:40kg/bag, B component is:40kg/bag.shelf life is 6 months.

It should be stored in dry and ventilated room, with the bag tightly closed, pay attention to moisture-proof and anti-freezing.
