Product Introduction

Permeable Concrete Binder is a specialized cementitious adhesive formulated for the production of porous, eco-friendly pavements. By combining with graded aggregates, cement and water, it produces high-strength permeable concrete that allows rainfall infiltration, reduces surface runoff and contributes to groundwater recharge. The system effectively alleviates urban flooding and heat island effects while providing durable surfaces for pedestrian, traffic and landscaping applications.

Product Parameters

Recommended Mix Ratio (per m³ aggregate)

  • Cement: 200 kg (≈ 8–10 kg/m²)

  • Permeable Concrete Binder: 25 kg/bag (≈ 8–10 kg/m²)

  • Aggregate (5–20 mm): 1,500–1,700 kg

  • Water–binder ratio: 0.25–0.30

  • Parking lots and residential community pavements

  • Outdoor ecological pavements requiring permeability

Construction Notes

  • Prepare compacted and damp substrate, free from debris

  • Mix cement, binder, aggregate and water evenly

  • Place and compact using vibrating screed or roller

  • Finish with trowel or machine to ensure uniform pore structure

  • Cure with plastic film and water spray for at least 7 days

Packaging & Storage

  • 25 kg moisture-proof composite bags; shelf life: 6 months in dry, ventilated storage; keep sealed and protected from moisture/sunlight.
