Product Introduction

H-102 Self-Leveling Screed is formulated for rapid, precision leveling in factories, warehouses, shopping centers, basements and sports venues. Mixed with water and poured, it flows to form a dense, smooth layer that can be used as a wear-resistant finish or as an underlayment beneath floor coverings such as PVC, tile, epoxy or wood. The screed develops strength quickly, resists abrasion and impact, and shows low shrinkage for dimensional stability.

Product Usage

Substrate preparation

  • Substrate must be sound, clean and dry; remove dust, oil, laitance and loose particles.

  • Prime as needed to improve bonding and control absorption.

Mixing & application

  • Mix with clean water (21–23% by weight) using a mechanical mixer until homogeneous.

  • Pour and spread with trowel/squeegee; immediately de-air using a spike roller.

  • Recommended thickness: 3–5 mm.

Curing & commissioning

  • Protect from sun/wind; avoid rapid drying.

  • Light foot traffic typically after 1–3 days (depend on ambient conditions).

Packaging & Storage

  • 25 kg moisture-proof composite bags; shelf life: 6 months in dry, ventilated storage; keep sealed and protected from moisture/sunlight.
