Product Introduction

H-101 Wear-Resistant Floor Hardener is broadcast onto fresh concrete and power-trowelled to form a dense, durable wear layer with excellent abrasion and impact resistance. The system is supplied in metallic aggregate and non-metallic aggregate types to meet different loading and traffic conditions. Typical uses include warehouses, logistics centers, parking garages, manufacturing floors and commercial facilities where a dust-free, long-life floor is required.

Construction notes

  • Place and level base concrete to spec. When the surface sheen disappears, apply in two passes: first 2/3 of material, then the remaining 1/3 perpendicular to the first.

  • Trowel after each broadcast; power-trowel to a dense, smooth finish.

  • Cut joints per design; cure with compound or moist curing for ≥ 7 days.

  • Protect from premature drying; keep surface clean during early use.


Packaging & Storage

  • 25 kg moisture-proof composite bags; shelf life: 6 months in dry, ventilated storage; keep sealed and protected from moisture/sunlight.
