Substrate preparation
Concrete must be sound, dry and clean; grind and vacuum to remove laitance and dust.
Repair cracks/voids; verify moisture content is within spec.
Application steps
Primer – Apply conductive epoxy primer to improve adhesion.
Copper tape network – Install as per ESD design.
Conductive intermediate layer – Roll/brush/squeegee for uniform conductivity.
Self-leveling coat – Mix per TDS; pour and trowel for even self-leveling finish.
Curing – Protect from moisture, dust and sunlight; allow proper cure before service.
Commissioning & maintenance
Verify ESD performance and grounding continuity before handover.
Use neutral detergents; avoid strong alkali/solvent cleaning in early stage.
