Product Introduction
Anti-Static Asphalt Mortar combines asphalt binders with conductive, wear-resistant aggregates to form a dense, durable and conductive topping. It controls electrostatic discharge, prevents spark generation and provides impact/abrasion resistance.
Designed for petrochemical plants, refineries, electronics and printing workshops, defense facilities and hazardous storage areas, it can be used in new construction or refurbishment where safe, conductive and non-sparking flooring is required.

Non-sparking property: no spark observed under impact test (GB 50209 method)
Abrasion resistance: high wear resistance suitable for heavy traffic zones

Adhesion/Bonding: strong bond to prepared concrete substrate

Curing: keep surface moist; minimum 7 days curing; avoid rapid drying.
Joints: cut as per design and seal with suitable joint sealant.
25 kg moisture-proof composite bags; shelf life: 6 months in dry, ventilated storage; keep sealed and protected from moisture/sunlight.
