Product Usage
JGN807 excels in structural reinforcement by bonding CFRP strips to concrete, particularly where vibrations or dynamic loads are common. Its formulation ensures quick strength buildup and reliable adhesion without environmental interference. Use it for bridges, buildings, or any concrete elements needing enhanced durability against fatigue and impacts.
Start with surface prep: Grind away dirt, grease, or loose material from concrete until it's solid and even, then clean with a vacuum or acetone. Mix components A and B thoroughly. Spread 4-5mm of adhesive on the concrete, add 1-2mm on the CFRP strip (thicker in the center for at least 2mm gap). Press the strip into place and roll it firmly to squeeze out excess resin, ensuring no voids. For multiple strips, keep 5mm gaps. Clean up edges and avoid dragging unprotected CFRP.
