Product Introduction

The carbon fiber board was molded with 12K carbon fiber and epoxy resin via pultrusion, carbon fiber board strength. Its elongation rate (above 1.6%) and many other indicators far exceed the requirements of the national standard, and meet the requirements of high-strength grade I carbon fiber board. The straightness is high (below 1‰ of camber), which is conducive to load transmission and has a good strengthening effect.

Product Features


High strength grade I: All performance indexes meet the requirement of high strength grade I carbon fiber board.

High straightness: After forming, it is straight and smooth, the curvature is less than one thousandth, and the strength of carbon fiber is fully exerted.

Various specifications: More than 20 kinds of carbon plate specifications, which can meet different reinforcement needs

Wide carbon plate: The substrate has low leveling requirements, high strength, and can be as wide as the beam, with good reinforcement effect and fast construction efficiency.

Random inspection:The product has Passed safety appraisal, environment-friendly and non-toxic testing and other stringent tests, and random inspections and type inspections can be conducted.

Q:Is your carbon fiber board 100% real carbon fiber?

A:Yes, we offer 100% genuine carbon fiber boards, made from T300/T700 carbon fabric and epoxy resin. 

We do not use fake carbon vinyls or fiberglass-core imitations. Full material specifications and test reports are available on request.


Q: What sizes and thicknesses do you offer?

A: Thicknesses: 1.2mm, 1.4mm

Positive tension bonding strength between fiber composite material and base material

For concrete and masonry substrates: ≥2.5MPa, and it is the cohesive failure of the substrate; for steel substrates: ≥3.5MPa, and it must not be adhesion failure

Product Usage

  • Position and mark the reinforcement areas on the structure.

  • Prepare the concrete surface by cleaning, grinding, and removing loose material.

  • Repair any uneven spots using leveling adhesive for a smooth base.

  • Mix carbon board adhesive and apply evenly to the strip.

  • Bond the carbon fiber strip firmly to the surface for full contact.

  • Use temporary supports to hold it in place while the adhesive cures.

  • Apply sealant for added surface protection and longevity. Great for beams, columns, and walls to enhance load-bearing without heavy modifications.
