Product Introduction
The carbon fiber board was molded with 12K carbon fiber and epoxy resin via pultrusion, carbon fiber board strength. Its elongation rate (above 1.6%) and many other indicators far exceed the requirements of the national standard, and meet the requirements of high-strength grade I carbon fiber board. The straightness is high (below 1‰ of camber), which is conducive to load transmission and has a good strengthening effect.

Product Usage
Position and mark the reinforcement areas on the structure.
Prepare the concrete surface by cleaning, grinding, and removing loose material.
Repair any uneven spots using leveling adhesive for a smooth base.
Mix carbon board adhesive and apply evenly to the strip.
Bond the carbon fiber strip firmly to the surface for full contact.
Use temporary supports to hold it in place while the adhesive cures.
