Product Introduction

EGM-100 Epoxy Grout is a high-performance, 100% solids, non-shrink epoxy grout designed for deep pour, heavy-duty anchoring and baseplate grouting applications. With excellent early and ultimate strength, superior bond to concrete and steel, and outstanding chemical resistance, it is ideal for use in industrial foundations, anchor bolt grouting, wind turbine baseplates, and dynamic equipment installations.

Formulated for long working time and low exotherm, EGM-100 enables safe, single-pour depths up to 2 meters. It meets ASTM standards including ASTM C579 for compressive strength, ASTM C882 for bond strength, and is engineered to perform in harsh environments requiring vibration-resistant, deep pour epoxy grouting systems.

Product Usage

Applications

1.Grouting for compressors, turbines, pumps, presses.  

2.Precision rail track bed and bridge bearing grout.  

3.Anchor bolt grouting and rebar fixing.  

4.Heavy machinery baseplate leveling. 

5.Corrosion-resistant foundation grouting in chemical plants.  

6.Structural repair and crack control in dynamic load environment.


Installation Guidelines

  1. Surface Prep: Clean to SSPC-SP6; concrete ground to 25 mm chamfer.

  2. Formwork: Minimum 100 mm gap; apply release agent.

  3. Mixing:

    ●Mix A+B at 200–250 rpm for ~3 min

    ●Add C and mix at 15–20 rpm for 5–10 min

  4. Pouring: Continuous pour (25–35 mm layers); use gravity feed for >1.5 m deep.

  5. Curing: Forms removed after final set; finish before initial set.


Setting Times

  • 18 °C: initial ~3 h; final ~72 h

  • 25 °C: ~2 h initial; ~48 h final

  • 32 °C: ~1.5 h initial; ~36 h final


Packaging & Storage

●A:B:C kit ratio ~3:1:20 by weight (≈200 kg total)

●Store in dry, ventilated area; shelf life 18 months


Safety Notes

Low toxicity, VOC-free. Use PPE and ventilate. Rinse with water if contact occurs.
