Product Overview

CBGM-EWT300 is a premium Extended Working Time Grout formulated for high-precision grouting applications where placement flexibility, dimensional stability, and high mechanical performance are critical. With a compressive strength reaching 70 MPa at 28 days, this non-shrink, cement-based grout is ideal for structural installations, equipment bases, and industrial foundations that demand reliability over an extended application window.

Its pumpable consistency, high flowability, and non-corrosive composition make it especially suited for large pours and congested spaces.

  • Grouting under heavy equipment and precision baseplates

  • Secondary grouting of steel columns and precast structural elements

  • Anchor bolt, dowel, and reinforcement bar embedment

  • Filling voids in structural concrete repairs

  • Large-scale industrial foundation grouting

  • Pumpable grouting in congested or deep applications (≥300 mm)


Construction process

1 Surface Preparation

  • Clean all contact surfaces; remove laitance, oil, dust

  • Ensure surface is SSD (Saturated Surface Dry)

  • Use formwork where needed, coated with release agent

2 Mixing

  • Mix with clean water as mentioned

  • Use paddle mixer (400–600 rpm) for 3 minutes

  • Avoid over-mixing or introducing air

3 Placement

  • Place within 60 minutes of mixing

  • Pour continuously to avoid cold joints

  • Use gravity feed or pump for deep/congested areas

  • Light rodding/vibration recommended if needed

4 Curing

  • Cover with plastic sheet or moist curing fabric immediately

  • Maintain temperature >5°C during curing

  • Use thermal insulation for cold weather
