FD800-Epoxy Structural Adhesive is a high-performance, two-component system designed for vertical and horizontal splicing of precast concrete segments in onshore hybrid wind turbine towers. It offers strong, weather-resistant bonding with excellent thixotropy for vertical application and high compressive and shear strength for post-tensioned assemblies.

🔧 Mixing & Application Instructions

  1. Mixing Ratio: Part A (9kg) : Part B (3kg) by weight

  2. Mixing: Use low-speed electric mixer until uniform color

  3. Application Tools: Putty knife, trowel, gloved hand

  4. Bonding Thickness: 3–15 mm as per design

  5. Surface Prep: Clean and moisture-free

  6. Assembly: Apply to both surfaces and align segments
