Product Introduction
YJ-302 is a polymer-emulsion, water-based two-component interface treatment agent used to prepare concrete and mortar substrates prior to new overlays, repair mortars, waterproof layers or tile/stone finishes. It forms a thin, uniform film that increases bonding, seals and dust-proofs the surface and offers good compatibility with cementitious materials. Typical uses include leveling layers, new-to-old concrete connections (beams, slabs, columns), precast element repairs, tile/stone substrate priming, surface protection and dust control on industrial floors.

Product Usage
Surface preparation
Substrate must be sound, clean and dry; remove dust, laitance, oil and loose particles.
Mixing & ratios (guide)
Mix A : B as supplied (by weight), then dilute with clean water as required by the task.
Typical dilution (binder : water):
Always trial on site and adjust viscosity to achieve a thin, uniform film.
Interface treatment / leveling base: 1 : 1 – 1 : 4 (brush/roller/spray).
New-to-old concrete bonding: 1 : 1.5 (slurry/primer before placing repair mortar).
Tile/stone substrate: 1 : 2 – 1 : 4 (primer coat).
Application
Brush, roller or low-pressure spray a thin, even coat; avoid puddles.
For bonding slurry, scrub into the substrate; place repair mortar while the surface is tacky (follow method statement).
Minimum application temperature ≥ 5 °C. Keep A & B sealed when not in use.

Interface/leveling primer: 0.2–0.3 kg/m²
Base leveling primer: ≈ 0.2 kg/m²
New-to-old concrete bonding layer: ≈ 0.3 kg/m²
Tile/stone substrate primer: ≈ 0.2–0.5 kg/m²（dependent on surface profile）
Packaging & storage
Plastic pails, 20 kg/set. Store cool and dry; shelf life 12 months unopened. Protect from frost and direct sun.
