This water-based concrete release agent uses an advanced polymer emulsion to form a thin, uniform film on formwork surfaces. It enables consistent release, minimizes build-up and staining, and supports fair-faced concrete requirements. The product is odorless, non-toxic and water-dilutable, making it suitable for factories and job sites with tighter EHS controls. Product Usage
Surface Prep – Remove dust, rust and laitance; ensure formwork is smooth and dry.
Dilution – Mix with clean water per application scenario (see parameters). Stir well before use.
Application – Spray a thin, even coat (recommended cross-spray: once vertically and once horizontally). Avoid runs or pooling.
Drying – Allow the film to flash off before placing concrete; re-touch missed areas only.
Demolding – Follow standard stripping procedures; wipe any localized residue if needed.
Notes – Trial on white cement or architectural fair-faced work; do not apply under freezing conditions.
