Apply concrete curing agent immediately after concrete formwork removal or once the concrete reaches its initial setting stage. Proper timing ensures optimal film formation, moisture retention, and crack prevention.

Construction Guidelines

1. Timing: Apply immediately after concrete formwork removal or initial setting.

2. Equipment: Use a backpack sprayer for uniform mist-like application.

3. Method:

• Spray two consecutive coats, with the second coat perpendicular to the first.

• Maintain a 30 cm distance between the nozzle and the concrete surface.

• Clean sprayer thoroughly with water after use to prevent clogging.

4. Weather: Avoid application during rain. Existing film remains effective if rained on post-drying.

5. Brushing: Optional; apply two coats evenly with a brush.

6. Performance: Enhances compressive/flexural strength, reduces shrinkage, and maintains surface aesthetics for subsequent finishes.

7. Dosage: 0.2 kg/m².
