AL-1 Calcium Aluminate Inorganic Anti-Corrosion Mortar is engineered for long-term protection of concrete infrastructure in highly corrosive and chemical-laden environments. Featuring a 100% calcium aluminate composition—binder and aggregate—it resists biogenic sulfur attack, acid exposure, and harsh industrial conditions. Ideal for wastewater treatment facilities, chemical storage zones, and underground structural repair.

Product Usage

  • Surface Preparation: Ensure the base is level, rough, clean, free of oil and dust. Rinse with high-pressure water to dampen without standing water, then brush on YJ-302 interface agent for strong adhesion.

  • Mixing: Pour 90% of the needed water into the powder and stir until smooth, then add the last 10% gradually to avoid lumps. Finish using the mix within 30-60 minutes.

  • Application: Apply YJ-302 interface agent (3:1 ratio) evenly on the damp base. Tackle areas up to 10 sqm at a time, spacing sections by at least 24 hours. Use spray or trowel methods for application—press flat right away and avoid over-troweling. For vertical or overhead spots thicker than 10mm, layer in 5-10mm coats, letting each dry to the touch before the next.

  • Curing: After surface dries, mist with water or cover with wet burlap or sacks, keeping temps above 5°C. Wrap in plastic after 24 hours for 7 days of moist curing, adding occasional water sprays if you can.
