Product Overview

T230 Rapid-Curing Floor Resurfacer is a three-component polymer coating composed of highly weather-resistant polymer emulsion, curing agent and preferred inorganic materials and additives, which is mainly used for rapid renovation of defects in concrete substrates. It has high bonding strength, abrasion resistance, crack resistance and chemical corrosion resistance; it is easy to operate and saves time and labor, and can be mixed evenly according to the proportion without maintenance, which greatly simplifies the construction process and reduces the total project cost.

◆ Micro-cracks, sanding, skinning, etc. on the surface caused by various reasons during the construction of the concrete base surface.

◆ Honeycomb and pockmarking on the road surface caused by improper operation of concrete base construction or de-icing salt erosion.

◆ Exposure of coarse aggregate of concrete base surface due to abrasion of traveling vehicles or damage of concrete base surface caused by ice or fire.

◆ Thin-layer repair for low elevation of concrete base surface due to various reasons.

◆ Similar diseases of other concrete components as mentioned above.

Product Features

◆ Extra high early strength and ultimate strength, can meet the requirements of rapid repair and renovation of concrete. It can be opened to traffic within 2-3 hours after renovation.     

◆ One spray is enough, ultra-thin repair, minimum repair thickness 1mm.

◆ Compensate shrinkage, good crack resistance. The material does not contain chlorinated early-strengthening agent, no worry about the corrosion of steel reinforcement.

◆ Strong bonding with concrete matrix, both good waterproofing, abrasion resistance, high resistance to chlorine ion permeability and resistance to freeze-thaw cycle and de-icing salt resistance.

FAQ 

Q:Can it be applied over old epoxy?

A:  Yes! Scuff-sand to 60-grit profile, then apply directly.

Q:How to repair localized damage?

A:First spray the area with water to dampen it, then apply our product and wait 2 hours for the repair to be completed and open to traffic.

Packaging and storage

Packed in composite bag, net weight 25kg/bag, shelf life 3 months; need to be stored in a dry and ventilated room, the bag is sealed, pay attention to moisture-proof, anti-freezing.

Construction process

I.Surface Preparation: The surface of the concrete base must be firm, clean and free from loose particles, oil, ester or other impurities. Surface defects such as holes, cracks, etc. in the concrete substrate can be repaired by scraping with Comstock Rapid Renovation Coating to obtain a smooth and even surface.

II. MIXING: Mixing Use a paint mixer or wing mixer to mix the material at low speed (300rpm). First, mix Quick Renovation Coatings A and B proportionally for at least 3 minutes until well blended and uniform in color. Then add component C slowly and proportionally until it is well mixed

III. Coating: Apply the mixed coating by spraying on the treated substrate. Allow at least two hours between coats. The substrate should be concrete and ensure that the substrate is sufficiently wet before application and that there is no open water on the surface of the substrate at the beginning of application.

IV. Protection of finished products: After the completion of the quick renovation coating, the area needs to be properly protected for at least 2 hours from corrosion, dust, insects, small animals, water vapor, etc. 

V. Cleaning:Clean tools and equipment with paper towels or towels, then wash with water before the resin hardens.
