New Zealand Delegation Engages with Chinese Innovators at 2025 Investment Forum

A high-level delegation from the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association visited Zhengzhou this week as part of the 2025 New Zealand Building & Investment Delegation. The forum was held to strengthen ties between New Zealand’s building sector and leading Chinese material innovation enterprises.
The event was hosted in the Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone and featured several influential Chinese companies, including Xinte New Materials Group (SINO-SINA). The gathering was one of a series of international outreach initiatives spearheaded by the Zhengzhou government to promote trade and technology exchange.
During the session, both Chinese and New Zealand representatives discussed avenues for bilateral cooperation in advanced construction materials, green building technologies, and cross-border investment. Representatives reviewed strategic documents and exchanged insights on sustainable infrastructure development.
The stage backdrop carried the theme "Collaborate Up for Success", underscoring the mutual ambition to build future-forward construction partnerships.
With the global push for smarter, more resilient infrastructure, this initiative highlights the growing role of international collaboration in advancing innovation and sustainability in the construction sector.
The Zhengzhou High-tech Zone continues to establish itself as a hub for emerging materials and international trade dialogue, positioning the region as a key player in the next phase of global infrastructure development.
