Jointing requirement
Higher hub heights and larger rotors increase structural demands on segment joints. The jointing material must support reliable load transfer, minimize voids at the joint line, and keep erection moving with predictable working time.

Adhesive solution
A structural epoxy adhesive for precast segments was selected for hybrid tower jointing to provide rigid bonding and sealing at segment interfaces. Thixotropic consistency helps placement control on vertical joint surfaces during assembly.

Typical workflow
Surface preparation → A/B mixing → continuous application → segment stacking and alignment → post‑tensioning per design → cure under site conditions.
